Return policy

Beauty products are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.

To be eligible for a return, the beauty product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for beauty products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are missing any original packaging or accessories.

Return Process

Pack the beauty product securely to avoid any damage during transit.

Include all original packaging, accessories, and a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice.

Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive the returned beauty product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

If the returned beauty product meets the criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow seven 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following items: - Beauty products that have been opened, used, damaged, or are missing original packaging or accessories.

Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for beauty products. If you wish to exchange a beauty product, please follow the return process mentioned in above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a beauty product that is damaged or defective, please contact lotta@lottatan.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your request efficiently.

Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product and offer a replacement or a refund, including the return shipping costs.
